Ranchos Acquisition Efforts Transparency Report (September 13, 2016)
Presented to the Apple Valley Town Council by Assistant Town Manager of Finance & Administration Marc Puckett.
[0:23] [T]he purpose of this Report is to provide an accounting of all of the expenditures to date related directly to the acquisition efforts, and also other related costs that the Town has incurred over these past six years.
[2:56] Tonight we are here as a public entity presenting to the public … our residents, customers of Apple Valley Ranchos … a full accounting — a full reporting — of every penny that we’ve spent on this process.
