Why the Town should not be permitted to own a water utility.

  • As we drive around town, health, safety, and welfare issues in the Town of Apple Valley are abundant.
  • The Town of Apple Valley has recently received a statewide award for risk management excellence. Based on our town videos they should have to give the award back.
  • Note: The risk management manager has recently been promoted to assistant town manager. Huh? What? That’s scary!
  • Cannot wait to see what happens if the town gets their hands on a municipal water system!
