It seems to me that a long term resident/council member would be more credible. Let’s ask Scott if he will accept this piece as written so we can be timely in our response. If not, perhaps Bruce Williams? Surely we can identify someone who has lived here long enough to remember those days. Let’s resolve this by the end of today!
