Another water system upgrade
On November 18, 2015, Apple Valley Ranchos Water Co. will start a large scale water main extension in the city of Yermo. This installation will start on the north side of Yermo Road at Frontier Street and head east to Dividing Line. This project will provide system reliability by connecting two separate water systems while also beginning the long term plan of bringing the entire system into fire protection compliance. This project will include 4,630 feet of 12 inch ductile iron pipe and the addition of five new fire hydrants at a cost of $586,949.00. We expect a completion date of December 24.
