Yes, a $6,700 connection fee in Hesperia works out to $30 per month amortized over 30 years at 4.5 percent interest.
But what about the $65 per month additional for using half as much water than my friends in Hesperia?
Not to mention if you venture too far into the abusive tier 2 and 3 rates!
