Wading deep in Apple Valley (September 1, 2016)
Town Council of Apple Valley is now, in addition to taking the water company, going to also provide electricity. The mixture of water and electricity are a deadly combination. I have said for a long time, one needs hip-high rubber waders when attending council meetings because they really pile it high, and now these same waders will also provide some insulation.
Of course, the more effective insulating action would be to exercise your right to opt out, so watch carefully in your mail for that information next year. Pay attention to what is happening in your Town and, more importantly, be informed, and vote in November.
