Flint all over again (June 22, 2016)
Should Ranchos H2O have been operated by the Town of Apple Valley, do you think (possibly) the (accidental?) breakdown in procedures would have even been reported, or (maybe ) never come to our attention? Maybe also the gaffe might not have been detected right away.
Also, if the Town takes over the H2O company, how soon do you think before they promote the assistant H2O manager with a promotion and salary of +/- $15,000 per month + benefits as they just did for assistant Town manager? By the way, how many current Apple Valley owners of taxpaying businesses take home $15,000 per month? Just asking!
