Nonsense? (November 18, 2015)

The Town of Apple Valley attorney’s legal firm just filed a protest with the California Public Utilities Commission regarding Apple Valley Ranchos’ main replacement programs. The attorney voiced his own general comments without inclusion of significant expert supporting factual evidence to make any case at argument.

Other previous protests have been denied without inclusion of significant facts supporting the protest being made. One protest stated that the town has several points of interest including: Victor Valley Museum, Sunset Hills Memorial Park with noted burials, etc. The billing clock is running with invoice bills going to taxpayers. Why? I wonder if DC or anyone is watching or does this make any sense?
