Great water takeover report (April 15, 2017)
Thanks to Matt Cabe (for 4/13 reporting), Daily Press (for publishing) and Dr. John Husing (for report) on TOAV Water Takeover Risks, which was concise, clear, and unambiguous. Report is complete, has zero errors and the reality of Author’s logic can be tracked and each of his steps easily followed. He provided required infrastructure construction/repair efforts and need for increased staffing which the Town does not want to recognize. No award, just great work performance! Great to review and analyze this total communication.
