In the Daily Press article of October 8, 2015, entitled Assemblyman discusses benefits, pitfalls of water system acquisition,
Matt Cabe wrote, Apple Valley Mayor Pro Tem Barb Stanton recently told the Daily Press she believes water rates will go down once the town pays off a bond that would be used for the purchase.
Pursuant to California Government Code section 6250 et seq., the California Public Records Act (PRA), this request is for the following public records:
- Any communications among council members regarding this article and/or this statement.
- Any communications with town staff regarding this article and/or this statement.
- Any communications between Barb Stanton and the Daily Press regarding this article and/or this statement.
- Any communications between Barb Stanton and reporter Matt Cabe regarding this article and/or this statement.
